The II International Congress on Construction and Demolition Waste Recycling (C&DW), whose slogan is “C&DW in construction circularity”, is one of those events in which it is necessary to take part.

The main objective of this congress is to disseminate and exchange knowledge and experiences as well as discuss the challenges and opportunities that the C&DW management will pose in the upcoming years, laying out the repercussion of the regulatory changes that are currently taking place in regard to the circularity in the construction sector and particularly, regarding the correct management and applications for the C&DW. The Congress will also attempt to give the right answer to all agents involved and bring the enforcement of regulations closer to the different business realities combining the best management solutions, both practical and technological, with the environmental benefits that recycling this kind of waste brings about.

As stated in the Congress website: “Thus, the Second Congress main objective is the dissemination of knowledge, both at national and international level, about the correct management of C&DW and a viable and efficient use of aggregates and recycled waste, providing the necessary tools and divulging the most relevant experiences and works carried out in the last few years. On this account, the Congress will consist of three main parts based on different subject matters: a first section on Circular Economy for C&DW under the heading “Experiences”, a second one on C&DW recycling called “Challenges” and finally, Everything about C&DW or “Opportunities”; on the whole, more than 70 lectures by the most renowned and highly qualified national and international experts.”
