Asphalt Solutions offers mobile hot asphalt manufacturing equipment on a discontinuous, or batch basis, operating in the field of hot asphalt supply. The available range goes from 150 kg to 10,000 kg per batch, thus providing solutions to various problems such as the on-site supply of small quantities of asphalt or the supply of larger quantities but not sufficient to justify the assembly of a fixed plant.
The plants are very useful for patching and asphalt coating of ditches, allowing the material from these places to be recovered and being able to recycle it 100%. This operation may require the use of asphalt rejuvenating additives or adding a small additional amount of bitumen.
